“The hotel facilities where immaculate. the room was outstanding .everything is new and all details taken into carful planning . very comfortable bed .excellent breakfast Amazing views .our only regret was that our stay was to short !! we are planning our next vacation in aria again .”

“The communication was great and the staff was very helpful. Check-in was easy. However, as soon as we entered the room, the floor smelled like urine. It was clearly soiled. If they remove the carpet and put in different linoleum or tile flooring, it would be much better. The trash from outside also made our bathroom stink. “This property is very dated. The owners have not invested to update. my room had rust in the shower. Half the shower water guard was gone or missing which allowed a ton of water to go into the washroom and accumulate on the floor. The towel rack in the shower, had a screw missing and looked like it was on it's last legs. Our Key card needed to be replaced three times. One time I had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. One of the bed lights had a broken support,……
