“Reception where rude not friendly didn’t offer upgrade and ask for extra money to give. Refused at first late check out but later another person says we can have. Other staff are excellent. ”

“The Royal M Hotel was clean, safe, with good facilities. We enjoyed the downstairs restaurant, which offered quality food and service. On the plus side, the connected mall was convenient; especially the Nesto supermarket, which made grabbing essentials easy.”

“Not bad hotel for a short stay. Room cleaned well everyday and had a small basc kitchen. Shower wasnt very powerful and bath was very very smalll. All staff very friendly Be warned though hotel is very noisy due to the pub/clubs in the building, i was on 19th floor and could still hear the bass. Breakfast ok and some choice but area is on level 1 next door to the pub and even at 7am its was still loud and very smokey as smoking is permitted indoors here. Pool is very small and covered.
