“Reception where rude not friendly didn’t offer upgrade and ask for extra money to give. Refused at first late check out but later another person says we can have. Other staff are excellent. ”

“Central location which was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had a small kitchen attached to it. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel needs upgraded. It is very old inside . The room was damp , we could smell a musty odour. The room menu was covered in mould . ”

“Cleanliness is correct, staff are friendly, swimming pool is pleasant but Indian restaurant on ground floor and breakfast were disappointing (croissants were stale)”

“Terrible hotel. No drapings so no privacy. Refrigirator only on demand. Woke up early and could not sleep again because there is a disco downstairs - the hotel appears to take second place in relevance. Breakfast is very average and tailored to Indian guests. Not to be recommended unless you are Indian and plan to go the club downstairs.”

“First room offered didn’t have view but when I complained they upgraded to the best suite with sea view they have. Room service was not done first day, they compensated with management apology, immediately cleaning and dinner. I understand these might have happened due to holiday season and big number of visitors but the management immediate solution and problem solving was amazing.”
