“It is an amazing and beautiful hotel. We met the most nice staff there. Every staff we met and chatted are very kind and helpful. The services we received from the chief concierge Mr. Mimouni Youssef and Mr. Ankit from laundry depot are very impressed. They are knowledgeable and professional. “Hotel incrível! Tivemos um problema com nosso voo e chegamos muito mais cedo do que o esperado. Falamos com o Harold Tom, que conseguiu um checkin antecipado para nós e nos ajudou muito. Toda a equipe do hotel foi super atenciosa, ficamos muito gratos! O hotel tem uma localização ótima - próximo a mercados, restaurantes e fast foods, e ao ponto de ônibus que leva direto para o centro. Ao lado do nosso quarto tinha uma cozinha que podíamos usar, foi muito prático. Ficamos encantados com o hotel!”

“Ondanks er werken waren in het hotel, hebben wij hier weinig van gemerkt. Er was geen geluidsoverlast. Het zwembad was buiten gebruik, maar het hotel had voorzien dat zijn cliënteel kon zwemmen in een naburig hotel (Radisson blu). Voor de rest was de service prima. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Voor lekker eten en drinken kan je terecht bij cafe Mocha en restaurant Tuscany. ”
