“Carpets in the room has not been vacummed for an extended period of time. The toilet had urine smell. The Hosuekeeping incharge Christine was informed of the circumstances and it was marginally rectified but Christine was neither apologetic about the shortcomings.”

“Nice, clean hotel in Muscat. The rooms are very spacious. Beds were a bit hard and pillows not great, but overall a good sleep. The shower and tub/shower both didn't have shower curtains so the floor got wet. There were no face cloths, but they had shampoo & body wash. There were 2 bottles of water per day in your room along with a kettle to make coffee or tea (provided). The "balcony" is fully fenced with 2 windows that open slightly, not a lot of natural light in the room. There is a couch……

“Noise coming from Ac around the building. No room service really, but they bring food from restaurants around, and sometimes they just heat up frozen food in a small kitchen that they show on the pictures. I didn't like it at all.”
