The said the did remodeled..The breakfast had lots of varieties and delicious, the staff were extra friendly and welcoming.. we felt right at home.. thanks all for making our stay extra beautiful.. will definitely book again and again.. plenty of parking restaurants and shops..”

“New property I understand. - water taps had to be run to flush out brown water that had been stagnant in the pipes. Should’ve been done before we checked in. The washing machine ruined ihram garments. Wi-Fi not available in all rooms even with a booster. Property manager dealt with initial concern however did not fix full coverage. Basic amenities should’ve been available without having to ask. Was fixed quickly when asked. Apartment is very nice but if travelling for pilgrimage worth noting the……

“No twin bed available & we got upgrade to another room. However the door lock was broken & we were unable to open the door upon return. There was a big round bed but it was very short in length & I don’t think it will fit any guy”

“I stayed here with my husband for 10 nights. It was a very nice room with just about everything we needed. I made the reservation online and they were kind enough to let my husband check in since he arrived 8 hours before me. They also let us check out late the day we left since the flight wasn’t until nighttime. That was a huge help and I really appreciated it. The kitchen was good for preparing meals and the washing machine was great. We may stay here again next month. ”

“The apartment itself was spacious and the price was excellent. Unfortunately, I had to request towels, as there were none. Requested 4 bath towels for 4 people, but was only given 2 bath towels. I noticed the fridge in both places we rented in Saudi were unplugged upon arrival. Laundry machine does not really dry your clothes (it is a one in all, but not good at drying). “Everything was perfect. The hotel so clean and the services were fast. Not to mention the amazing hospitality they had and the coffee they offered. The suite was very big, beautiful, and more than I expected. The receptionist Shroooq was nice, very helpful and understanding.”
