“Reception and staff of reception need major overhaul and doesn’t go with a brand like Mövenpick , very very poor reception area.”

“There are two towers - the corniche tower will have better sea views than the city tower. If have arthritis in your hands, the shower fixture is very difficult to turn. Otherwise, my stay was excellent - loved the location.”

“The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel. The staff were great. I particularly want to thank Ahmed from the Grill restaurant, and Atef from the concierge desk. Both provided outstanding service, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and memorable. Our thanks to both,”
