“The room was great, service was a bit slow at the counters/reception, it was however peak season, so this is probably understandable. The breakfast was however really poor quality and seemed like the area was not big enough to accommodate the high volume of guests, neither was the food. ”

“Really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, convenience for groceries (there is a grocery store right across although the prices are high), a shuttle bus that comes every 40 minutes to take you to a transfer point for the Haram. Breakfast could use improvement but the dine-in menu for room service is very good! Overall I was very impressed by the amenities and facilities (gym and a very well build mosque inside). They are extremely welcoming and available to tend to your every need. ”
