“No twin bed available & we got upgrade to another room. However the door lock was broken & we were unable to open the door upon return. There was a big round bed but it was very short in length & I don’t think it will fit any guy”

“Staff were very helpful and polite. I will name the staff memberd we became familiar with- Yousef, Saeed, Naif, Ahmed, Mohamed, Sharif and Jameel. There was also 1 female and 1 male staff member at the breakfast buffet every morning who made my children feel welcome and comfortable- thank you. The manager Saeed upgraded us to a bigger room as a gesture of goodwill. The hotel is very clean. The children loved staying here. The breakfast buffet was superb, every morning there was a different menu……

“The hotel staff are very helpful. The room is very spacious, clean and has all amenities. I didn’t eat at the hotel but they do offer a limited range of food and beverages. Albaik is across the road and a large mall is close by. I would recommend taking a cab to the mall although it is close because the roads are very busy. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it was a pleasing experience.”
