“We had a bit of an issue with our room, which was quickly resolved by the staff by changing our room and giving us an upgrade. Really appreciated that. After that everything was perfect. We did have a bit of an issue with the air conditioning but it wasn't too bad. Definitely will come back. Thanks ”

“Staff were very helpful and polite. I will name the staff memberd we became familiar with- Yousef, Saeed, Naif, Ahmed, Mohamed, Sharif and Jameel. There was also 1 female and 1 male staff member at the breakfast buffet every morning who made my children feel welcome and comfortable- thank you. The manager Saeed upgraded us to a bigger room as a gesture of goodwill. The hotel is very clean. The children loved staying here. The breakfast buffet was superb, every morning there was a different menu……

“My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights for our 1st trip to Jeddah and we loved it! Some of the things we liked- comfortable room, great AC, bathtub!, balcony, and a comfortable bed. Also, the hotel is in a great location. We ordered room service the 1st night we arrived from their late night menu and it was great.
