Unprofessional and not clean

"Owner did not let us in until 9:00 pm when other guests departed. It was not clean and we had to call them two times to come and change the bed sheets and also unlock one bedroom, that was locked for no reason. Everything was dirty. They put bedsheets that were not washed and dirty again"

"the property was clean, and all amenities you may need are there, the pool was clean but expected to be bigger but that wasn't a problem, one-note though, the guy who welcomed us closed part of the villa for no reason, my guess he was trying to reduce the areas to clean after we leave if my wife ..."
