“Really amazing staff,i got the 12th floor good side view of the clock tower. Only 10minutes walk to the Haram, but not for the faint of heart. Alot of inclines and declines, be carefull with the traffic walking on the bridge infront of the hotel. Please get their breakfast package, didnt try their lunch or dinners. Cabs charge alot, i would suggest cross the bridge to the other side and get a cab,10 riyal or else 25riyal.”

“The reception and office staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We could not get through to Housekeeping whenever we tried. We had to go down to the reception to request whatever we needed The restaurant staff were also very courteous and helpful. The other negative was the walking distance from where the shuttle used to drop us till the Haram ”

“Check in process was terrible. The room was not ready. Once checked into the property there was no hot water for 24 hours. Kept being told they will fix it and was ignored. Once fixed all was fine. Second room paid for breakfast and then told there was no breakfast included with the package. ”
