“The hotel is located right near Masjid an Nabawi, which makes this hotel popular. The hotel is very old, dated, the aesthetic and amenities feel antiquated from the late 90s. Service was friendly, housekeeping was helpful and the elevators were quick. Check-in took about 20/25 min and there was only 1 person in front of me, took a while, they had 5-6 people on reception but it was very slow. Near a supermarket, lost of food places, very central location, ideal hotel.”

“Car horns would not stop because property is right on signal. If your are light sleeper avoid it . Otherwise all okay. ”

“The hotel is good and hotel staff was helpful. The front desk manager, Razan, was very helpful and helped us in changing our room which made the overall stay very pleasant. The rooms service staff, especially Robiul, was also very friendly and always ready to help.”

“Not bad for a new hotel. Got great prices from expedia. Unfortunately - Quite far from masjid nabawi/Haram so you will need tsxi/transportation every time. (NO SHUTTLE) Cleaning stafff excellent at what they do. Only issue is sometimes even when I left the green light ON for cleaning, the whole day would go by & no cleaning? Idk if it's because I am not in in the room or what. 7.4/10 if I had to rate it overall. ”
