Excellent stay if no pub noise
"We'd a bad experience as first because the every night music noise created by Irish pub which is opposite to our hotel. It started from night till 3-4 am every night. We can't resist even having ear block while our kids can't fall sleep all night. The next night, thanks for the hotel mgr, Ms Gurjar, ..."

horrendous attitude and service
"I left a response with the Duty Manager on the horrendous attitude and service of staff at Jose Spanish Restaurant and he said he would get back to me. After few days till after check out there is no response. Keep in mind I’m a Hilton Diamond Member so not sure what non members might get"

"I didn’t receive email with apartment # & access code, which created issue since there is no reception. The security people were very helpful & guided me & they managed to connect me to Silkhaus manager. After that there was an issue with opening the door lock which took 30 mins to figure out."
