“The service is great, especially the front desk staffs. They offered us a suite room as they asked if this is our 1st time to Abu Dhabi or Dubai & we say yes. The room is super big, with a large balcony facing the swimming pool downstairs. The breakfast is great, yummy with various of choices, worths adding to your package. ”

“I left a response with the Duty Manager on the horrendous attitude and service of staff at Jose Spanish Restaurant and he said he would get back to me. After few days till after check out there is no response. Keep in mind I’m a Hilton Diamond Member so not sure what non members might get ”

“Only stayed here one night but the room was large, immaculate and had everything we needed. We spent the day round the lovely pool area where we were offered water and juice and enjoyed a great lunch from the pool side menu. We explored the local area and there are numerous coffee shops and restaurants around the pretty Marina area. Evening we enjoyed the hotel bar (Library Room) - like a speakeasy (smoking appears to be permitted!). Then we ate at the Mediterranean style restaurant which……
