“Surprised from quality of the hotel and room for the cheap price we paid! Located 20min drive from the airport, the resort is embedded in an outdoor mall that highly resembles a south European city (France/Italy). We received a free room upgrade that granted us a VERY huge apartment, better than a real house! We stayed only one night, so we cannot comment much, but the mall seemed vibrant and the pool very nice.”

“When I arrived, I was informed that all rooms were sold out, and no alternative accommodation was offered. The only "favor" they extended was a refund for that night's stay, which left me with no choice but to sleep on the street. "When I arrived, I was informed that all rooms were sold out, and no alternative accommodation was offered. This was frustrating, as it seemed unreasonable to change my flight just because of their mistake with the hotel booking. No matter how many times I expressed my concerns, their response remained the same: it was the only option available. Additionally, I faced at least 15 minutes of waiting each time I approached the front desk for assistance, which added to my frustration. Overall, this has been the most ridiculous hotel experience I have ever encountered."
