“I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Bab Al Nojoum Bateen Liwa. The scenery was absolutely stunning and gave an unparalleled opportunity to relax and unwind in the vast landscape that is the desert. The staff was absolutely lovely, and May and Neo did a particularly amazing job at making sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. I cannot thank them enough for making this trip as enjoyable and relaxing as I could have imagined, and I commend the entire staff for the care and attention……

“From arrival at the jetty terminal where Emmanuel took me through the ropes, to Ethan, Ramesh and Michelle at reception, my Sir Bani Yas Island stay was fabulous. The accommodation was spacious, comfy and welcoming. The food in all areas plentiful and fresh. The tours were well organised..but i was organised and booked ahead. The spa and water sports were fantastic”

"We stayed 3D2N at the Sheraton. We arrived very late on the 1st night, got arranged to a room which we think might have been one of the worst rooms of this hotel. It was on 1st floor, facing the chimney of the G/F restaurant, next to the 1st floor public toilets. We could hear musics playing from the lobby. The reception got us another better room subsequently and it was much better. The sofa was a bit dirty, could still see hairs left behind. The shower water leaked through thr shower door, making the floor wet. Other than these issues, the room was okay. Pool was nice and had a private beach to it too. However, the ocean view was heavily blocked by a new high-rise building right in front of the hotel."
