“We arrived at 3pm it took us 1 hour to check in by the time we reached our suite the suite was not ready as the cleaning staff start cleaning it took them until 5pm to get the suite ready but the floor still dirty . Only one bathrobe was provided for two guest . To get to this hotel you need a 4x4 vehicle and know how to drive and send . Overpriced low customer service . The location is great but other hotels has better pricing and facility . ”

“My seond stay in this hotel. I booked this hotel because I want to have some swimming time and good sleeping time within long transit. However, the pool is out of service during my stay and when I booked the hotel (just 12 hours before check in) I have not got any notice on this. What a disappointment.”
