“My seond stay in this hotel. I booked this hotel because I want to have some swimming time and good sleeping time within long transit. However, the pool is out of service during my stay and when I booked the hotel (just 12 hours before check in) I have not got any notice on this. What a disappointment.”

“Fantastic stay with my family. It is the definition of 5 star located in downtown, in a very affluent area offering excellent dining options as well as. 5 mins walk from the Souk. Staff were extremely friendly from the checking staff to house keeping and even the concierge. Free valet parking was available which we took advantage off, staff were always at hand to help all the time. Highly recommend the hotel if you are visiting Doha ”

“Super luxury hotel and close to everything . Rooms were big and very comfortable. Staff were amazing and pool area was gorgeous and pool staff were very helpful. Specially Asanka and Vivian. Mr Wael at the reception was super nice and very friendly. We loved the place and will go back again. “Check in is not until 3pm and the property could not allow us to check in earlier. We had arrived on the early morning flight so got to the island for 9.30am. After a long flight we were tired and could not shower etc so spent the majority of the day on the beach which was not ideal with a child. I would offer feedback to the island in terms of moving their check in time to earlier and having some flexibility. ”

“This hotel/residence is perfect for family or couples, it has a big supermarket close by, nandos literally outside and coffee beans which is amazing, the customer service and hospitality I received from all staff especially Aladeilaine and Ashraf was outstanding, going above and beyond, I had few issues but it was resolved immediately by Aladeilaime and Ashraf, I stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and its a luxurious wow apartment, so spacious and clean, daily housekeeping but you have to call……
