“員工們非常親切友善，不管櫃台，餐廳,泳池都很友善。 早餐選項多，不過晚餐選項相對少很多。早餐的麵中有一塊玉米筍似乎壞了，其他都不錯。晚餐除了選項少，服務也不如早上好,可能是服務人員較少。兒童座椅多數壞了，經常要換好幾個才能用。 房間備品稍少，可能要另外要，不過我們有自行準備。 兒童遊戲間因為疫情而關閉，稍微失望。 游泳池非常漂亮，也有兒童戲池與戲水區，相當棒。”

“Simply the overall quality of everything!!! It was a beautiful place to stay. The hi tech in the room. It was too much and difficult to get used to. Certainly using the key to turn on the electricity is a good and excellent idea. Using a screen with multiple functions I and my companion a maze of many functions. Simple switches for the lights and a small screen for the air conditioning. Simpler and less confusing. ”

Highly recommended to those who would like to drive from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. The location is in the heart of Yas Island, 10 minutes drive to Yas bay, and 5 minutes to Yas Mall.”

“We'd a bad experience as first because the every night music noise created by Irish pub which is opposite to our hotel. It started from night till 3-4 am every night. We can't resist even having ear block while our kids can't fall sleep all night. The next night, thanks for the hotel mgr, Ms Gurjar, we were moved to another suite which is fabulous and sleep well. Overall, hotel room is much bigger than average and is closed to every theme park (without 5 min drive by uber). Highly recommend.……

“When I arrived, I was informed that all rooms were sold out, and no alternative accommodation was offered. The only "favor" they extended was a refund for that night's stay, which left me with no choice but to sleep on the street. The next day, when I returned, they insisted that I could only extend one night of my stay instead of refunding me for the night I had to spend outside. This was frustrating, as it seemed unreasonable to change my flight just because of their mistake with the hotel……

“Lovely apartments, with a great range of pools to choose from. The complex is right next to a small Souk and supermarket, which made it really convenient for us. Location is beautiful, on a private beach opposite the mosque, but the taxi ride to the centre of Abu Dhabi is around AED80 each way. Staff were very helpful and rooms were lovely. We stayed with our three children, aged 7, 12 and 14, and they loved the freedom to roam the complex and the general safety of Abu Dhabi.”
