“Room was modernly designed, but the room and toilet is tiny, no laundry service. The front desk lady said i can find a laundry place from a shopping mall 3 km, not sure if she’s joking or not. You have to pay €20 extra for the wellness area, food there was overpriced, sauna and pool are overcrowded”

When we asked whether they have luggage service we were told they are “very busy” at the moment and so cannot help with our luggages. I have never in my life been told by a hotel (let alone a Hilton hotel) that they cannot assist with luggages. - they charge you for every single thing.
