“We stayed at the Kelo of West Village and it is very clean and cozy where you have your own sauna, bathroom, kitchen and of course the signature igloo. Staff are very helpful and we’ve also met the owner who’s very friendly and welcoming. We’ve stayed 5 nights and 3 nights with eye-visible northern lights. Oh and I have to mention, dinner is surprisingly delicious!!!”

“Very comfortable convenient hotel with friendly helpful staff. Each room has a kettle. In some rooms on the top floor (6th) the ventilation is noisy. Ask for a room with a digital air conditioning control. ”

“The hotel is not located in city centre, there isn’t much to shop nearby. Except that, others are fanastic, including the hotel room and facilities like sauna, gym room. Staff are also helpful and nice.”

“我分開兩次入住，是我印象中最差的大品牌酒店。 一開始的前枱藍髮職員，是我旅行以來見過態度最差的前枱職員，她的態度我已不想再多說，黑面囂張…跟本不想協助幫你，之後又黑面。 寄存行李房，跟本細到沒地方放個大行李箱，房間燈光嚴重不足，我還以為進了黑房，要自己自製一個枱燈，房間有個放雪櫃的櫃，第一次的房間是有雪櫃的，第二次回頭再住，竟然沒有，桑拿室分開男女兩邊，但又要分時間限制，長時間女士桑拿房門口多人排隊，跟本連進入機會也沒有。 我不會再選擇入住這間酒店了。附近的兩間好太多了，太大對比。”

“The hotel's airport proximity was convenient for our early flight. However, it lacked basic amenities like slippers and toothbrushes, and a large gap under the shower door caused water to leak onto the bathroom floor and causing mess. Overall, the provisions were average, and we wouldn’t recommend this hotel.”

“是自行check-in，感覺良好， lobby 好大，都好舒適，有好多座位給客人坐，休息！ 唯一是位置比較偏遠，距離市中心行返嚟要20多分鐘，如果你拖住被篋，一定要坐電車！”
