“每個冰屋都是獨立的，辦理入住的大廳是一棟在園區最前面的房子，入住當天飯店告知隔天早餐時間08：00開始，隔天我們08：30抵達入住大廳準備用早餐，吃完要離開飯店往下一個行程，但是大門鎖住裡面根本沒有人，同時也有好幾組客人在門口等待，一直沒有員工來開門，當天早上溫度大約是-10左右，早上8點多天還沒亮，我們住的冰屋是園區的最後面，步行來回需要近20分鐘，你只能選擇在這麼冷的天氣在戶外等待或是走回房間等，這是一個很不負責的工作態度，入住當天是平安夜，我可以理解員工可能前一晚有活動很難早起，但必須要告訴我們早餐時間需要被延後，而不是讓我們花時間在這麼冷的天氣裡等待跟步行，這讓住宿體驗感到很差。”

“I’ve booked the regular single room and not Igloos but I’ll recommend anyone in doubt of booking this guesthouse, because the view and the environment is so incredibly beautiful, though it’s a pity that the night I stayed is hazy and cannot see arctic light, but the environment and atmosphere is amazing! “The apartment is very beautiful and the view outside feels so magical for someone living in Asia. Did not manage to use the sauna there as we were too cold and tired from our daily activities. The shower perhaps need a blind as friends staying there may not feel private enough when showering (for family maybe ok). Johanna is very friendly and warm. Am so glad to have meet her.
