“it is a cool place to visit with family. great stuff and amenities are not what I expected. Overall, it is good. ”

“Because the children were on spring break, we spent a delightful three day vacation here. It's very convenient as various restaurants and shops are within walking distance and there's a beautiful beach right outside the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly. Although the facilities in the room were a bit outdated, it was still clean and hygienic. The kitchen was well equipped with enough utensils for us to cook our own meals. Right next to it is “ The hangout “ (101 E Beach Blvd )”

“Nice house. We love the bay side. The pool was fabulous. The back deck is nicely fenced for kids and dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed. Note that previous comments mentioned no coffee filters…we left a bunch. The only seasonings in the home were salt and pepper. We brought ALL of our own. There were no games/playing cards-we brought all of our own and were glad that we did. The WiFi situation is not good but that did not detract at all from our stay. If you have folks that are……

“Eventide was perfect for our family of 19! Everything was great and Charles was so attentive to the questions I had. Our 11 grandchilren loved the pool, the lagoon and the Gulf. We had several breathtaking sunsets, visible from the deck, and an amazing thunderstorm one evening! The only downside was the heat. No one can help that. Thank you, Charles, for the awesome stay in your beautiful home!”
