“Small complex of townhouses on beach with nice pool, family oriented atmosphere that is quiet but close to everything. A little dated but you’re not in the townhouse that much. It does have a flight of steps up to 1st floor & 2nd floor, not a bad thing-just be prepared. Grounds are well maintained. Wouldn’t recommend sleeper sofa so bring an air mattress if you need more than 2 bedrooms. Overall I would rent again. ”

“When we first got to the beach house, we thought, well this is small, its going to be a tight fit. We had 2 adults, a 17 year old boy, a 13 year old girl, and a 11 year old boy. We brought an air mattress, but the couch was comfortable enough for my daughter to fall asleep on it most night & we stayed 6 days. While it was a snug fit, it was EXTREMELY accommodating. It is supposed to fit 4 adults & we squeezed 5 people VERY comfortably. First off, the house was very clean. Showers, sinks,……

“As a mom of 5 boys ranging in ages from 22 down to 9 and 2 almost daughter I laws this is as a first for us in Orange Beach. A first for the 11 and 9 year old at the beach at a real beach anyway. My oldest will be married June 2025 and we loved this experience and this home and we look forward to many more vacations there. I’m looking at homes to buy in the next few year to even move there so the kids can always vacation in Orage beach Alabama. ”

“Great location and ocean view. Was with in walking distance to most restaurants and souvenir shops. Access to the beach was easy and not overly crowded. Our Condo was very welcoming and comfortable during the stay. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. And it's conveniently located, being just a few minutes' drive from the beach, four of the trailheads for the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, The Wharf, several grocery stores, and everything else in Orange Beach. The only disappointment was the pond which seems to contain nothing but turtles and very small bream (which are difficult for children to catch.) “The place was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, towel, everything we could need. My family had a grwt time! Note: the parking pass was 30, not 25.”

“We had a great time staying here. Great neighbor hood, close walk to the beach and loved the porch to sit out on in the evening. Everything we needed was in the house and walmart was 15min away. There were 2 restaurants, ice cream and a store a block away. We loved our stay here. The only thing that weirded me out was there were hand prints all over the walls and the slanted ceiling above our bed. Other than that everything was very clean. ”
