“Our stay here was amazing. It was clean and the check in and check out process was very easy. We enjoyed the pool and how close the beach was. The house is spacious we had family members that stayed with us and everyone had plenty of room. ”

“The house was perfect for what we needed my only complaint was the pool heater was out and has been for over a month. The television in master bedroom was broken our first night but it was fixed the next day that wasnt a big deal. The owner came by to look at something outside while we were there which I thought was odd unsure if it was even the owner or a credpy man but the house itself was nice. And we had a great vacation as a family! We would definitely rent it again. ”

“Property was easy to find. House was exactly as described! House was clean for the most part and looked exactly as the pictures. Only complaint on the cleanliness was that we had to wash quite a few of the dishes before using. A few of the glasses had drink residue in them, dirty silverware, and what appeared to be pet hair in a bunch of the pots and pans. Elevator instructions were hidden, and no book laying out the house rules, or check out procedures. There was no outdoor trash can on site so……

“My family has stayed at many VRBO rentals in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina, but this is the first time our rental was exactly as described. The house was perfect, immaculate, and full of guest details. Bill truly thought of everything.....a well stocked coffee bar, beach cart, chairs, and umbrellas, and even starter washer pods, detergent, and enough tp and paper towels for the week!And to top it off, the house is right across the street from the most beautiful beach. “Small complex of townhouses on beach with nice pool, family oriented atmosphere that is quiet but close to everything. A little dated but you’re not in the townhouse that much. It does have a flight of steps up to 1st floor & 2nd floor, not a bad thing-just be prepared. Grounds are well maintained. Wouldn’t recommend sleeper sofa so bring an air mattress if you need more than 2 bedrooms. Overall I would rent again. ”

“Had a great time with our family at this rental. Prime location to access the beach, quick walk to beach access. The unit comes w an incredibly stocked beach cart. I was very impressed, Im a former cabana man in my younger years. Absolutely loved and appreciated that. The unit was clean and updated and it was great to hang out inside. Deck and grill setup was fantastic, it worked really well for hanging and grilling. The lagoon and pier were also very nice. Easy to use paddle boards and kayaks.……

“When we first got to the beach house, we thought, well this is small, its going to be a tight fit. We had 2 adults, a 17 year old boy, a 13 year old girl, and a 11 year old boy. We brought an air mattress, but the couch was comfortable enough for my daughter to fall asleep on it most night & we stayed 6 days. While it was a snug fit, it was EXTREMELY accommodating. “Great location and ocean view. Was with in walking distance to most restaurants and souvenir shops. Access to the beach was easy and not overly crowded. Our Condo was very welcoming and comfortable during the stay. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. And it's conveniently located, being just a few minutes' drive from the beach, four of the trailheads for the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, The Wharf, several grocery stores, and everything else in Orange Beach.
