The building its self is old and if you look closely enough you can see its age, but the room was clean and it’s right on the beach and that’s all that mattered to us. We felt safe here and that’s also a huge thing for me and a mom traveling with her kids. ”

The complimentary breakfast was great, and I love that we had a kitchenette so we could save some money and make our own lunches. The rooms are very spacious and clean. “Love the location , we always try to stay at the Royal Palms , so close to the pier . Love the view from balcony. The water was perfect and clear this trip . The pool, hot tub and grill area was nice to use and well maintained. My husband loves the outside swing . I have attached some photos from our balcony and some pics of the pretty water , we was there Labor Day weekend 2025. ”
