“The house was as described, very nice, clean, well- equipped. The staff was responsive to our concerns and got back to us quickly when needed. The back porch was awesome and spacious. The location was not ideal as there is a house directly in front on the ocean side. We could still see the ocean, at an angle. No beach to speak of, but it didn't spoil our fun. We could walk down to the beach where there was space to spread out. All in all, a very nice week ”

“I live near the beach and this was, by far, one of my TOP FIVE beach stays (I'd actually say 2nd best to Key West) of all time! This house is perfect size. We had 8 people (6 adults and 2 kids) in the house all week (sleeping) with several other adults in and out over our stay and we had plenty of room for everyone! “Just a totally charming beach cottage setting! The view from the deck was great with sunsets just a beautiful splash of rosy color across the sky and water. Private dock was just wonderful for fishing and lounging. The cottage decor was contemporary, beachy and inviting. The amenities were above expectation and made our stay comfortable and worry free. “We loved the property but all the stairs were difficult to navigate. The only coffee cups were TINY and coffee in the Keurig even on small cup setting ran over. The place needs regular sized coffee cups. Loved the place overall but not quite a 5 star place. ”

“The house had amazing views and was very clean. I loved that every room had a bathroom in or near it. The listing says it’s beachfront, but it is not. It is on the bay side of the island. I also saw where people complained about the pool being cold. It was! I have a pool at home that is not heated and my pool is warmer than the pool at this house. My only suggestion would be to find a new heater for the pool. Other than that- the house was amazing.”

The photos of this home are accurate, and it is apparent that it is well taken care of.
