“We loved this house! Everything was clean and the floor plan catered to our large group of 4 families with 2 kids each. Each bedroom was spacious and the open floor plan was perfect for cooking and entertaining. The kids loved the bunk room and having their own area. The beach access was quiet, close and met our beach needs. Only recommendation, of course the summers are hot and humid. We would spent more time on the back deck if there were ceiling fans. Will be back again!”

“Beautiful home, open & inviting. Great layout, very clean with lots of room & bathrooms for everyone. Kitchen is stocked with tons of dishes, both drip & k-cup coffee makers. Large fridge & huge walk-in pantry. Views are top notch. We were 5 families, rented this house & the one next door. Kids had a great time going back & forth. Property management company communication was perfect. Thank you for letting us stay!”

“Sol-Mate was absolutely our favorite of all the places we have stayed on the island. Convenient for fishing with EVERYTHING within reach. Walkways/ porches all the way around. Beach house. And a gorgeous sunset every afternoon. We did not want to leave. And will definitely be back soon. Owners were available for any questions or concerns which were only about dates for the future. No issues at all with our stay.”

“The house was amazing. I stayed with my adult children and grand child. The beach is in walking g distance and there were plenty of chairs for us to take to the beach. The house was decorated beautifully and the beds were wry comfortable. The location is quiet and the beach wasn’t too busy, even on Memorial Day. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay with good beach access. ”

“Perfect home for family and friends ! It is on the bay side - which was perfect location for smaller grandkids. The gulf side was very rough and would have been unsafe w smaller kids ! The bay side was perfect ! Also ordered pizza from pirates pizza and had delivered ! Perfect for after long day at the beach ! ”
