“Enjoyed the quiet location. The cottage was exceptional! ”

“Communication with host was excellent as was the check in and out process. The shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The location is beautiful with a magnolia tree, pine tree and wisteria in full bloom hanging over the fence (which is in need of repair—stated in listing). It was easy walking distance to the beach—approximately 0.5 miles to the middle beach parking lot and another 0.4 miles to the water’s edge. It is a quiet neighborhood. The floor had not been swept well prior to us……

“Communication with host was great. Thank you leaving us the basics (hand soap, dish soap, furniture covers for the dogs, beach towels, toilet paper, and paper towels). Everything was “clean”; however, place could use a deep cleaning. Price was decent for accommodations and for it being pet friendly. We will return and rent again. Place could use some upgrades. Locks need to be changed they are rusted and did not lock/unlock with ease”

“This was the perfect house and location for a weekend getaway with the kids! It was clean and well stocked. We played the games in the cabinet every night. The location is great for bike riding. We rode everywhere we wanted to go all over the island!Thank you for a great stay!”

“This is a very cool property and families would love it. We were scouting a place for our family. Most of the family is six foot plus. Alpine cottage is not the best fit. The porch is the place to live other than sleeping and grooming.The house has a canel on one side and view of the beach on other end of house. The owners have kayaks, boats, cornball, umbrellas, sand toys, and more. If you are a family with children over six, this is the place to bring them”

“The house was great for me and my two sons. We love to fish, so with the house sitting on the bay with the dock was excellent. Many different species can be caught from the the dock as well as crab. Dolphin can be seen from the dock as well. Mr Reeves is very nice and helpful as well making a great overall experience.”
