“The property is clean and well maintained. All the amenities needed are provided. Check in and check out details were not provided, so had to contact the owner and wait for a response when we arrived and did not know what was expected of us upon leaving. Code lock doors would be a convenient upgrade. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“House was well appointed, but there was construction next door that blocked our view as well as was dangerous with the children being around the moving machinery, this was not pictured when we rented the property. A/C went out the first night but our agent was very quick to send out a repair as well as offered to relocate us. We did not get to enjoy the house, but may try again at a later time if the construction is not an issue. ”

“What a fantastic way to start the new year! It was especially fun to bring my dog, introducing her to the beach and to the ocean. The home was perfect on point in every way: the colors of the paint, the higher ceilings, the comfortable beds and spaciousness all made this rental beach home comfortable and beautiful. The location is right on the beach so you stepped to the sand and just almost 10 feet away is the Gulf of Mexico! I saw so many dolphins from the deck, had great beach walks saw……

“There were 15 of us and we had plenty of room for adults and children to play games, and spend time with each other. You could not ask for better beach access. The only thing we would have liked was a 2nd refrigerator. With 15 people for 7 days fridge space was somewhat of an issue. The 2 dishwashers were great. Very well stocked kitchen with dishes and silverware. Could use some upgraded cookware, but it got the job done. Overall great property! We will stay there again. ”

“We were very pleased with our visit to Dauphin Island and the property that we had rented. When we arrived, there was a little problem with the house we had originally rented. The owner resolve the problem quickly by offering us the property next door which was larger and right on the beach.”

“My husband and I absolutely loved this house. We had plenty of room for others, but needed this time for ourselves since we were celebrating our 26th anniversary. We sat on the covered back porch with coffee, fished off the private covered pier, and walked along the bay looking for shells. We had perfect weather! This cottage is a perfect getaway. If you fish and you do not have a boat it is very shallow here. I wish it had been a little deeper but that did not prevent us from giving this……
