“Our stay at Costa Verde was absolutely perfect. We had a group of 12 and the house had ole Ty of room for everyone. Four couples had their own room with their own bathroom. Two adults had their own rom with a shred bath and there was a small bunk room perfect for our granddaughter to claim as her own. This home is right on the beach which was not crowded at all. It’s very close to several restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“This was the perfect beach getaway. The home was clean and tidy. We appreciated the information on the fridge of the island. It helped us find a great beach spot. We brought our dogs and we were able to relax. Highly recommend this property. ”

“The house has everything you need (except bring your own coffee - and you can bring Keurig pods - I didn't know that and went 4 days without coffee). Beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked. Only comment I have is that the rug in family room could use a steam clean as I could tell dogs have been there. The view is beautiful, the deck is nice and I could look out to the water for hours (although in the summer it might get hot since there is no overhang for cover). You have your own private……

“If you are looking for instant recall of all your favorite childhood summer memories: swimming and fishing with your cousins and friends, bonfires, s’mores, catching lightening bugs, hide and seek at night, running barefoot; this house IS for you. From the view (amazing!) to the eclectic furnishings you can spend hours looking at, you just feel like home here. The beds are comfortable and cozy. The AC works great. Close proximity to town. Honestly if I could give 100 stars it wouldn’t come……

“Overall everything was great! I think it would be helpful to have a video posted of the neighborhood as we pulled a bay boat. We were able to get to the house and had room to park, although the road was very narrow and winding through the neighborhood. House was very clean and as listed. I would recommend fixing the ceiling fans, as they were very loud, as well as the doors to the bedrooms were squeaky. The beds were also not that comfortable and squeaky as well. The accommodations worked for……
