“This property needs a few improvements but the location is great. The lock box is difficult. It was freezing when we arrived and we spent 10 minutes trying to get to the key. The beds leave much to be desired. The hot water ran out after 5 minutes in the shower. The access steps need some care and the lighting is minimum. There is no roku or way to access the Wi-Fi on the tv, just cable channels. And, as a suggestion, the coffee pot should have an auto shutoff. With some attention this could be……

“A beautiful home in a quiet location with easy access to Hwy 98.Nine adults and 4 kids gathered to celebrate Dad’s birthday. We all slept comfortably & loved that there was no shortage of restrooms! The downstairs was perfect for the younger ones to play, and the adults enjoyed lounging in the screened porches. “We stayed at the River House for a weekend for a wedding of a family member. The house was clean, spacious, had comfortable furniture and so many activities within the home and on the property that we didn’t get to use due to our plans making us all wish we would have booked our stay for a longer time. There were no issues with the house but when we had a question about something, the host was very accommodating and responsive, which we all really appreciated. We hope to come back for a longer……
