“We had such a great time at 4013 The Rookery III! Melinda went above and beyond to stay in contact and make sure everything we needed was handled! The house was stocked with beach towels and beach essentials (tents, chairs, toys, puddle jumper) which was super helpful! We loved that it was pet friendly so our golden retriever could join us on vacation! Thanks for a great stay!”

“Our family of 4, including 2 college aged sons, loved this property. It was just as advertised in the description and photos. VERY clean, very comfortable and was the perfect layout for us with 2 full beds in the second bedroom. It is just a couple minute walk from the beach with a safe crosswalk. The house had plenty of plates, silverware and utensils. I do wish that it had a grill, but we certainly will stay here again. The property management team was excellent to work with. They were……

“The property was very nice, clean and had everything we needed! The short walk to the beach was great, and the private pool perfect for when we didn't go to the beach. It's located near many restaurants and shops. It was easy to get ahold of the rental company when we had questions, and they responded quickly. ”
