“House is nice but outdated. There were some issues with the cleanliness of the place when we arrived. Contacted the property manager and issues were handled promptly. There are only 3 beach towels and only 12 regular towels and some of the regular towels were hand me downs from 1980. The furniture is comfortable as well as the mattresses. The pool is small but enjoyable. The neighborhood is safe and fun and of course the beach is great.”

“We have stayed in multiple places along Gulf Shores. This place was convenient and comfortable for six adults. The living room had seating for all of us during the evenings when we wanted to relax and watch a show. We loved the privacy of our deck and having our own little stretch of beach. “Overall it was good, I wish our porch was facing the sun so we could enjoy the outside more as it was a little chilly. The house was clean except the floors, instead of vacuuming they needed a good sweeping and mopping! Communication with management and staff was almost non existent! We didn’t have garbage bags, dishwasher soap, or a stopper for the sink so we always had to use the dishwasher! When I texted the manager it took days for their team to respond!”

“The condo was small but comfortable. The pool area was a great design, but the hot tub was very small. If the tiles weren't falling off the pool walls it would have been better. There is a $30 charge for parking. I hope the money is going towards repaving the parking lot! It needs it.”

“The house itself is in a great location, is well kept, and had a great layout. We were able to comfortably sleep 11 kids and 5 adults! The only thing better than the house is the host. “Beautiful property, very elegant,nice art throughout including the corridors on the room levels. Beds very comfortable, rooms well decorated, clean, great aroma in the room. Delightful front desk clerk name Englund checked me in . I liked that they had liquid creamer in teh rooms for coffee instead of that awful powdered mess. The coffee service in the room was very nice with delicious coffee and bottled water was provided to brew coffee. I would stay here again. My only negative was $50……
