“This property is everything it was listed to be and more. The house is absolutely breathtaking and very clean. The view of the lagoon from the balcony is second to none and every bedroom had a beautiful view right out the window. This house was exactly what we needed for our stay in Orange Beach!”

“The house is beautifully located right on the beach. The central ac/heat works really well. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the dishes you’ll ever need and then some. My only complaint would be the porch door is tough to close. We had to really pull on it and lock it for it to remain closed fully. And the downstairs bathroom door would not fully close or latch. Other than that, the house was great. The neighbors have a dog that barks at everything so don’t anticipate any peaceful naps.……

“Loved the views and the neighborhood. Only negative parts were. At first had to ask help to unlock key flop, I'm in a wheelchair and the lock was on top of stairs. Also there was a smell of mold and fish in the unit. I guess the previous guest cooked fish and the smell stayed all week. But with the good and bad we had a great time there eat fish and the ”

“Communication with host was excellent as was the check in and out process. The shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The location is beautiful with a magnolia tree, pine tree and wisteria in full bloom hanging over the fence (which is in need of repair—stated in listing). It was easy walking distance to the beach—approximately 0.5 miles to the middle beach parking lot and another 0.4 miles to the water’s edge. It is a quiet neighborhood. The floor had not been swept well prior to us……

The short walk to the beach made it super convenient, the fenced in yard for our dogs was such a bonus, and the pool, while super chilly, was perfect for the kids. We would highly recommend this property and this beach to our friends ”
