“We were excited to see the gulf beach and enjoy a relaxing week and we were not disappointed! The house was clean, very nice, ready for us (even a couple hours early!) and in a great location. The host was awesome- Bonnie, did you set up the gorgeous weather for us, too? ”

“Cottage was nice, clean and had beautiful view. However upon arrival the AC wasn't working. But the owner help us greatly to find another location to stay in. Wish we could of stayed in it. Customer service was great.”

“We were a little nervous about the house being a duplex because our family of 8 can be loud sometimes but never once did we hear the other side of the house. We even ran into them one morning going to get sunblock so we took the chance to ask if we were being loud and if we were apologize but they said they hadnt heard us either. The view was stunning! Kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances we could need. We already miss this home. We can not wait to come back!”

“This house had everything we needed for our large group including plenty of room! The teenagers loved having their own space on the 3rd floor and our grown kids with small children appreciated the 2nd floor with a bunk room for littles to share. The splash pool was an added bonus also! All of the kids actually spent a lot of time in it. The location was a little far down but we didn’t mind it. It was quieter and we had lots of space on the beach with very few people around us. We also cooked……

“Great place to stay! Love the Patio facing the beach! Beautiful area to walk behind the condo facing the Lagoon. The walk to the beach is close and we never had trouble getting a good spot. Beds are comfy and kitchen is stocked. ”

“Our family really loved staying at the Modern Pearl! It was clean, spacious, and relaxing. Our teenage kids each had their own bedroom and bath (and tv) so everyone could enjoy their own space. The main bedroom and bath was very nice. We all liked the 2 large balconies and the large, open family room and kitchen. The location was great with a very easy and safe walk to the beach. It was really close to all the shops and restaurants, but kind of tucked into a little area that had a calming……

“Spacious condo close to the pool and bayside pier . Easy walk to Beach access . Clean and well maintained . We had a small hole we found when we arrived , Notified them quickly to let them know . Communication is quick and easy. Fans in closets . Lots of sleeping arrangement options . Was a great stay for a large bunch with lots of kids ! ”
