“As a mom of 5 boys ranging in ages from 22 down to 9 and 2 almost daughter I laws this is as a first for us in Orange Beach. A first for the 11 and 9 year old at the beach at a real beach anyway. My oldest will be married June 2025 and we loved this experience and this home and we look forward to many more vacations there. I’m looking at homes to buy in the next few year to even move there so the kids can always vacation in Orage beach Alabama. ”

“This was a lovely property within a block’s distance to the beach but set back off the main road. It was very spacious and perfect. ”

“I booked the condo for various reasons and one was for the outdoor swimming pool but the was construction taking place in the exact same parking lot for a building 500ft beside the location so the pool so not available for use. That sucked being that i couldn’t swim in ocean water and had high hopes of enjoying an outdoor pool. If I had of known before booking than I probably wouldn’t have booked the location”

“Property owner is a “10” and a pleasure to rent from. Property is simple but more than adequate for two senior citizens ages 81 & 78 and their pet dog Joy. Our second year to spend a week each time and this year was even better than the first. Excellent location. Health permitting, we hope to return. ”

“The home was perfect for our family of 12. The location was close to restaurants and shopping and not far from OWA and the beach. Our grandchildren had a great time with the games and we BBQ'd in the back yard. Plenty of room to sleep everyone and everything worked as it should. Parking was easy for our multiple cars as well. Angie was responsive when I called or sent her a text. ”

“Very good price, decent house, clean and neat! That said, beds were rock-hard and there weren't any hand towel holders in the bathrooms or towel racks at all. A few quirks but overall plenty good place and chill owners. ”

“There were 9 adults in our group. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room to be together and also had the availability for quiet time. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. All around great experience and wonderful memories made!”

“The description of beach front was a little misleading so be sure to check out pictures and the map. The actual beach was nearby but if you are bringing kids and all their things walking it is pretty exhausting bc it’s sand the whole way. Our second day there we ended up driving to a public beach so we did t have to take the walk again. This was a nice stay for what we needed since we were bringing our golden retriever with us. Hard to find nice places to stay that allows dogs so this was a big……

“Overall this property was nice. The location was amazing. Some things are a little outdated but overall we had a great stay. We were worried by reading recent reviews, but we did reach out to the property management and they informed us areas of concerns had been fixed. Some boards in the deck were old but a lot of new boards had been recently put down. The furniture in the living area is different from the photos, but the property management had also ensured me new furniture had been put in……
