The staff was very friendly and responsive—any time we asked for something, they took care of it right away, which we really appreciated. The room was labeled as smoke-free, but unfortunately, it had a noticeable cigarette smell. It seemed like smoke may have been coming through the bathroom vent from other rooms, which was unpleasant. Also, the floors didn’t seem to be mopped before we arrived—after coming back from the……
