“Our stay here was amazing. It was clean and the check in and check out process was very easy. We enjoyed the pool and how close the beach was. The house is spacious we had family members that stayed with us and everyone had plenty of room. ”

“The house was perfect for what we needed my only complaint was the pool heater was out and has been for over a month. The television in master bedroom was broken our first night but it was fixed the next day that wasnt a big deal. The owner came by to look at something outside while we were there which I thought was odd unsure if it was even the owner or a credpy man but the house itself was nice. And we had a great vacation as a family! We would definitely rent it again. ”

“It was a perfect stay for the weekend everything was within a good mile radius from the place the back yard was very useful !! Every room I had comfortable vibe to them overall the I would definitely book again Nice spot !!!!”

The house was perfect, immaculate, and full of guest details. “Small complex of townhouses on beach with nice pool, family oriented atmosphere that is quiet but close to everything. A little dated but you’re not in the townhouse that much. It does have a flight of steps up to 1st floor & 2nd floor, not a bad thing-just be prepared. Grounds are well maintained. Wouldn’t recommend sleeper sofa so bring an air mattress if you need more than 2 bedrooms. Overall I would rent again. ”

“Great house, loved the location however I was a little displeased with the amount of traffic on the beach especially with the beach access point only a few houses down. ”

“We loved our getaway at the Grotto! It was the perfect hidden gem—peaceful, cozy, and surprisingly affordable, especially for how close it was to everything. Shops, restaurants, trails… all right there, but somehow it still felt like our own little secret escape.And that’s the thing—we’re a little torn.
