“My husband and I stayed for a week in this condo. It was very clean and well equipped. We had a marvelous time with marvelous weather. It was so nice being only a few steps to the beach. It was also very nice to be able to walk across the street and have a great meal and an ice cream! We will definitely be back!”

“Everything was great for a birthday weekend!!! Having a designated parking space (right across from the elevator but hard to read the numbers) is a huge plus. The balcony outdoor space is awesome... just like pictured except the couch is navy. We didn't use the grill or hot tub (someone comes to check the water every day to make sure it is safe/clean but they are only there 5-10 minutes) so I can't comment on those but the outdoor seating was very comfortable. We had several issues with……

“Good location and we had everything we needed.Bathtub had hair from previous tenants but all else was clean.We had two issues related to the resort, not the suite. 1) The hot tub was full of kids from opening to closing along with their blowup animals so it couldn’t ever be used. 2) when leaving for breakfast one morning we saw a notice in the elevator that bug spraying was being done that day. At least one day notice should have been given so we could have had time to put away or cover food……

“My wife and I spent a workweek stay that really made the grade at Gulf Tower on the Gulf Shores Beach! Our rental was conveniently situated on a portion of the beach that almost felt private, involved less traffic and provided unobstructed views of the Gulf. We really desired privacy and were amply rewarded. Bender Properties were very easy to work with and checked on us several times via text messages to make sure we were satisfied. We loved our experience!”

“The stay was decent. The location was the best part, steps away from the beach but the overall cleanliness was below par (dust on the walls and food/hair in corners, etc). Pictures don’t show the true size of the stay but for a 1-2 person trip, it fits the need. ”

“Loved the house! Had everything we needed. Location on the beach couldn’t have been better. We had 7 kids under the age of 5 and it was so easy for us to get kids and gear to and from the beach. I would certainly stay there again. ”

“This home was in a great location. It was the perfect size for the group we had. The lagoon was right off the back deck and the Gulf was across the street out front. It had everything we needed as well!”

“This unit looked just like the pics online and the proximity to the beach was awesome! No need to get covered in sand when you could easily sit out on the huge private deck. The unit was extremely clean and decorated so well. I would love to return for a fall beach break!”

“The house was perfect for the two of us, who came to do an overnight job in the area. The only issues were that we ran out of trash bags during our ostay and in the daytime, we had trouble sleeping due to the active construction going on next door. However, it’s close to the beach and all the stores you’ll need are within walking distance.”

“Smaller, older complex which we like. Distance to the beach great! Could use some paint on vents because they were rusty. Overall clean and comfortable! I would stay again!”
