“Booking and check in was very easy for this 2 bed/1 bath condo. Perfect spot for a small family or small friend group. Gated community right on Lake Hamilton with swimming, fishing and boating. The pull out couch was easy to set up. I do recommend bringing small fans for the bedrooms because the air didn’t circulate as well as in the living area. Nonetheless, it was still very comfortable. “My husband and I stayed two nights with two of our kids. The house was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect! The kids loved being right on the water. The mist rising from the river our first night was a pleasant surprise for all of us! Everyone we ran into was so friendly and helpful. We love Arkansas and can’t wait to come back again! ”

Just a couple of maintenance things: kitchen knives need to be sharpened, there was a slight drip from the A/C vent over the dining table chair on the window side. Might need to be checked. ”

“The area is beautiful. The condo is spacious enough for a couple or small family. The bed was comfortable enough and it was clean. This owner is kind enough to not charge a pet fee which we thought was great! If you want peace and quiet, do not visit during the weekend or a holiday. Sitting on the deck in early mornings is nice and quiet, but later the constant noise of side by sides will drive you inside (beyond the owner's control).
