“Phenomenal house with all the amenities! The backyard is 10x larger than the photos make it seem. Would love to visit again.”

“The owner was very responsive to my many questions. The house was perfect for us. The kitchen had enough supplies for us to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The young adults loved the theatre room. As other people mentioned the stairs are VERY steep. We took my mom on the outside stairs so she could see the downstairs. The basement beds are also very high. My short daughter used the step ladder from the laundry room to get in and out. ”

“We decided to stay in a house together as opposed to renting hotel rooms and eating out three meals a day. It was a wonderful opportunity for us to stay in one place and spend time together. There were nine of us with 6 families and the house was more than we could have hoped for! Our only downside is it was cold and we couldn’t enjoy the gorgeous pool and deck, or fire pit area. The house was spacious with everyone having their own bedrooms and bathrooms there was plenty of room. TV room……

“The Big Timber Barn was perfect for our family gathering. We had 18 people and there was more than enough room for all of us. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a big hit with everyone. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It was very convenient to be able to keep our boat at the dock and the back patio was one of our favorite areas. The young adults enjoyed the volleyball area and the upstairs game room. There was an issue……

“Perfect for our three generation family Christmas gathering. Large parking area. Bed locations fit us to a tee! Loved the bedroom fireplaces and watching the meandering stream through dining room windows. Went kayaking in the rain. Christine made special trip to bring us what was needed for making meringue pies. We had been told internet was limited; however, it was sufficient for karaoke in the location designated as best place in the house. Santa even found his way to this peaceful quaint……

“Perfection”

“Cabin and property clean as usual. Always quiet and well apportioned. Our only issue was a lack of water pressure in the showers and lack of hot water in one of them.”

“Father/son trip: perfect location, very relaxing. The Host was quick to provide tons of information. Had everything needed (cooked meat outside and a microwave inside). The space and bunk on the loft was a little tight for the son who is 5’9” but it was manageable. ”

“We had an amazing time at the A Frame on the lake. Check-in was very smooth and easy, and Bob and Debbie gave great instructions and were in touch to ensure we had everything we needed. The house is great for a getaway. There were great suggestions for things to do in Hot Springs, and the chiminea area is absolutely amazing - we loved sitting down by the water and having a fire. All around a great stay!”
