MASTER SUITE
The first bedroom, the most spacious, is a true haven of peace and tranquillity. Equipped with a comfortable double bed, carefully chosen furniture and quality fabrics, this room is perfect for resting and rejuvenating after a day spent exploring the city.
JUNIOR SUITE
The second bedroom, also cosy and well-appointed, offers additional private space, with another double bed that will allow guests to sleep in separate and distinct rooms.
DINING AREA
The kitchen is the heart of the flat, a place where cooking becomes a real pleasure. Modern and fully equipped, it includes a dining table where meals can be enjoyed in company, making every occasion special. The natural light and choice of materials help create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
PRIMARY BATHROOM
The first bathroom, spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities, includes a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet, as well as well-organised spaces for linen and bathroom accessories. Attention to detail and the choice of quality materials make it a relaxing and functional environment.

Prior to your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.
There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. I would also like to inform you that as we are not a hotel, Italian law forbids us to provide guests with any kind of food even if it is just simple oil, salt and pepper, and as we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.
