“It is more like a budget hotel. TV was out of order. No cups no drinking water in room. The biggest issue is that they do not have security measures at all it seems. People from outside can freely come in, sit down and even go upstairs to the room floors ( room cards are not needed to access the room floors). However, they serve good breakfast with a good selection of food and drinks. But still I will not consider this hotel when I revisit Germany. ”

“We enjoyed our overnight stay. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The room was great and before our departure we enjoyed a nice breakfast with plenty to choose from. There are plenty of Parking Spaces available.”

“This is my 5th stay at the Kastanienhof. It is located conveniently across S-Bahn and bus station, short bus ride to the airport. The room was lovely and clean. I absolutely love their buffet breakfast, so good. The hotel is a short, pleasant walk from the beautiful old downtown with a great variety of restaurants and shops. Kastanienhof is my go-to Airport Hotel.”
