“Very nice hotel. Convenient to everything. Staff very friendly. Rooms really spacious & nice. Comfy beds. Good breakfast especially the cinnamon rolls. ”

“Had request handicap accessibility. The shower “was not” explained this to front desk first employee a young girl said it was not requested. But the the next morning the front desk said yes it was noted in the reservations. The room was just across from the elevator so this was extremely helpful with the mobility issue. And thankfully, I was able to assist my sister in the shower. Staff was quite pleasant Enjoyed our stay with you. Will use you again when I’m in the Jacksonville area.”

“Upon arriving, we found a spoiled milkshake and food containers behind the headboard of the second bed. I felt the room had an off odor all week. The night desk Associate took care of the garbage when notified. Everything else about the property was fine.”
