“It was all great, nice lication, very nice view and Great staff and service. Only thing I missed was a robe, would be nice to get out of the shower into the air conditioning and there was no price list for the items on minibar so when we checked out I asked about that and they said the staff should have told us they were complimentary, shopping centre just downstairs with loads of portion for food and shopping, including gym, there are free parking spaces just outside the hotel which we used for……

“Used hotel as a one night stopover on way further North. Arrived near midnight. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Good, clean, comfortable bedroom with a brand new bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast the next morning. Ideal for our needs. Very good price in the off-season.”

“The staff were warm, attentive and helpful. This was especially important for me because it was our first time traveling to Valencia Spain. I was there with my family to run the Valencia marathon. A special experience with the hotel

"I happened to experienced Storm Dana. After I checked out, my flight was canceled due to the storm, the road to the airport was blocked. I’d to go back to the hotel, but I was told by a lady reception the hotel was fully booked. No room was available. I was really disappointed since all the hotel in area was fully booked. And then a hotel guest noticed the conversation and telling me he’s cancelling his booking and going to Barcelona. And then a male reception (black curly hair) was very nice even send a staff to look for another already clean room for me for faster check in. I’m very thankful for those who help us in need. As the hotel room, it’s simple room but clean. "
