“We booked this place for 13 women on a girls weekend and WOW it was absolutely perfect! The host Juan had wonderful communication with me via WhatsApp. There are plenty of beds and everything was clean and presentable (the showers were lovely and big too!)The garden area was perfect for all of us to hang out, swim, sunbathe - the garden gets full sunshine all day long and has TOTAL privacy, nobody can see in from neighbours which is a bonus. 1 minute walk from the beach and promenade full of……

“Heerlijk huis met veel ruimte binnen en buiten. Super zwembad wordt goed onderhouden. Half uur rijden van Valencia, waar we een hoop leuke dingen gedaan hebben. Huis heeft soms wat gebruiksaanwijzing met de airco, alarm, warm water, etc. Maar dat wordt allemaal door de eigenaar verstrekt. Tijdens ons verblijf was er wel wat veel lawaai van de buren (honden rechts /aanleg schutting links). ”

“La estancia ha sido inmejorable, la casa tiene todo lo que necesitas. Todo estaba muy limpio.El lugar es muy tranquilo y la piscina es muy grande. Además, el trato con los propietarios ha sido muy agradable Recomiendo totalmente esta casa, tanto si buscas tranquilidad como si buscas un fin de semana con amigos.43'9?”

“Cassa Emma is in the farm area with orange trees, potatoes, and cabbage growing near by. However, a five minute drive and you are at the metro to take you into the heart of Valencia. Had a great time in the city, but It was always nice to come home to the quiet and tranquility of the country.”

“Overall the villa was excellent. My one complaint would be that the kitchen cupboards and drawers are all very badly organised. Crockery, cutlery and saucepans all mixed together in various places and very little room in them to actually put any food away. Meaning it always looked untidy. Also, the ice maker on the fridge leaked constantly, meaning a cloth had to be kept under it. However, apart from that we were very pleased.”

“Eigentümer Dan und seine Familien wohnen auch auf dem Grundstück. Wir sind am Anreisetag erst spät abends angekommen. Dan hat auf uns gewartet und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Das Haus ist so liebevoll und schön eingerichtet. Man fühlt direkt wohl und ist sofort in Urlaubsstimmung. Der Pool wird (wenn nötig) täglich gereinigt und sauber gehalten. Dan und seine Familie schaffen es unbemerkt mit uns dort zu leben. In den 12 Tagen hatten wir totale Privatsphäre und fühlten uns immer alleine……

“This property has everything you need for a great vacation. We were 5 adults and 2 kids who had a great time in this house. We had som tours in the area but mostly the kids wanted to be at the pool. The area is quite apart from barking dogs, but that’s a common problem throughout Spain. We can recommend this house for families.”

A special experience with the hotel

"I happened to experienced Storm Dana. After I checked out, my flight was canceled due to the storm, the road to the airport was blocked. I’d to go back to the hotel, but I was told by a lady reception the hotel was fully booked. No room was available. I was really disappointed since all the hotel in area was fully booked. And then a hotel guest noticed the conversation and telling me he’s cancelling his booking and going to Barcelona. And then a male reception (black curly hair) was very nice even send a staff to look for another already clean room for me for faster check in. I’m very thankful for those who help us in need. As the hotel room, it’s simple room but clean. "
