“I like the hotel for its location which is right cross the street of famous arts and science city of Valencia. It is clean, safe with attractive price. Staff are friendly and the rear court yard has nice garden. Everything is good except the room is pretty small. I will definitely stay here next time since this is new area of Valencia which in my opinion better than old town where you see so many beggars and trash, especially the north train station area.”

“There was some confusion with the refund process but it was all worked out easily. Also, the hot water had not been turned on but once we contacted Roy he got back to us ASAP and gave us instructions. Great location and host.”

“This unit is modern and clean. We stayed only two nights and it served its purpose.our only complaint was the lack of extra blankets. It seemed that the unit was added to the landlord’s inventory very recently. On the plus side, the location was very convenient on a tiny quiet lane in the center of old Valencia. A beautiful place indeed, Valencia was a week wonderful place, even though it was rainy and chilly during our stay.”
