“I like the hotel for its location which is right cross the street of famous arts and science city of Valencia. It is clean, safe with attractive price. Staff are friendly and the rear court yard has nice garden. Everything is good except the room is pretty small. I will definitely stay here next time since this is new area of Valencia which in my opinion better than old town where you see so many beggars and trash, especially the north train station area.”

“作为年过六旬的老人，这是我们第一次大胆尝试到国外自助游（注：在巴塞罗那和马德里有好友接应）。这家酒店是我们出国长途旅行中所住的第一家酒店，酒店位置就在陶瓷宫附近，从酒店到其他景点都十分方便，酒店的客房也非常干净整洁。最让我们印象深刻的是接待我们的女士十分活泼、友好和热情。面对我们语言不通的两位外国老人，她给予了十分的耐心和关照，主动给我们提供旅游地图，并帮我们在地图上找到去景点的路线。我们之间首次尝试了通过手机的谷歌语音翻译软件进行交流，当误操作出现了翻译上的笑话时，我们都非常开心......。离开酒店时，我们一起高兴的合了影。正是因为她的热情接待使我们对日后在西班牙的旅行和住宿建立了信心，也对西班牙的旅游环境充满了好感，在此我们非常感怀这第一次住宿的霍斯特霍娒酒店，和这位热情友好的女士！”

“On arrival we were greeted by a friendly and personable young woman (sorry didn't get her name). Although our room wasn't quite ready she found us another room so we were able to check in immediately which we appreciated, as we'd had an early start from London. Our room, 409, was very clean, with all the facilities to meet our needs. There were no hot drink facilities in our room however we discovered on day 3 of our stay, that we were able to borrow a kettle from reception. We should perhaps……

"I happened to experienced Storm Dana. After I checked out, my flight was canceled due to the storm, the road to the airport was blocked. I’d to go back to the hotel, but I was told by a lady reception the hotel was fully booked. No room was available. I was really disappointed since all the hotel in area was fully booked. And then a hotel guest noticed the conversation and telling me he’s cancelling his booking and going to Barcelona. And then a male reception (black curly hair) was very nice even send a staff to look for another already clean room for me for faster check in. I’m very thankful for those who help us in need. As the hotel room, it’s simple room but clean. "
