“Listing says there's one bed and one bathroom. It also says there's a toilet and a shower in the bathroom - the toilet is a bucket with a plastic bucket seat and the shower is an outdoor hanging bag. No running water - just a cooler. Calling it a "cabin" is a stretch.”

“Awesome place close to San juan river. Two good sized bedrooms and well stocked kitchen. Plenty of parking. ”

“Good stay with 7 family members. Much better than 3 hotel rooms. Road to location ruff and complicated. Wierd there's 2 separate bathrooms in master bedroom but nice to have. Some leftover Marijuana residue in tray on livingroom coffee table. Sign of the times? No soap or shampoo i baths so plan for that.”

“We used this as a home base to explore the NW New Mexico, SW Colorado area. Clean and comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed, master bedroom very cozy, and room to relax after a day of sightseeing.Check in and out, communication with the host a breeze.We loved it!”
