“Very close to fishing locations. Private and comfortable. House was filled with everything needed. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Will definitely rebook for future fishing trips. ”

“It is eclectic, retro chic. It is somewhat outdated and worn. I'm not as well supplied as others I've stayed at. The parking was disappointing. It would have been nice to use the garage. The back fence needs a gate to be more secure. The main backyard is small, mostly rocksand some goat-head thorns. I was off-season, so no fruit. Overall good area with friendly people. ”

“Property owner/manager Marcel was a great communicator! Nice property for fly angler groups fishing the San Juan River. Spacious accommodations, comfortable HVAC, functional kitchen for cooking meals and large dining table for breaking bread. Our group of three longtime friends did not use the impressive game room since our play time was spent on the water. The property has a neat fire pit, however the weather related “Red Flag” fire danger cautions prevented us from enjoying evening campfires.……
