“Clean, very hospitable, great location, beautiful home.”

“Good stay with 7 family members. Much better than 3 hotel rooms. Road to location ruff and complicated. Wierd there's 2 separate bathrooms in master bedroom but nice to have. Some leftover Marijuana residue in tray on livingroom coffee table. Sign of the times? No soap or shampoo i baths so plan for that.”

“Perfect vacation. My parents stayed with us. We fished during the day, and ate our catches at night. The house is clean and the beds are comfy. The direct river access is amazing. I actually went fishing with a fresh cup of coffee in hand. Thank you, Jamie!”

“We had an amazing stay at this home! The house was fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed except toiletries and food, which was clearly communicated. The views from every room were absolutely breathtaking, and the game room and hot tub added to the fun and relaxation. To top it off, we had a magical visit from a deer in the backyard on our first morning! “It is eclectic, retro chic. It is somewhat outdated and worn. I'm not as well supplied as others I've stayed at. The parking was disappointing. It would have been nice to use the garage. The back fence needs a gate to be more secure. The main backyard is small, mostly rocksand some goat-head thorns. I was off-season, so no fruit. Overall good area with friendly people. ”

“I can’t describe how stocked this house is, from family board games to EVERY kitchen tool you will ever possibly need! Okay let’s talk about the back porch, the hot tub is legit and the fire pit was perfect. We skied at Pergatory even though this house is a hike from the mountains we would still pick it again! ”

“The Farmhouse is nestled in Colorado farmland and about 11 miles from town. Nice and private. The host John and Cathy are gems. The kitchen is very well stocked, the fireplace is cozy and the beds are comfy! There's a lot do so in any season!”
