The location is busy, but super convenient and walkable. There is a creek side trail on the street behind the property, access to the Gulch trail system within a 2 minute walk, and 2 good restaurants right next to the home. From the photos it wasn’t clear to me that the property is 2 units - the 2 bedroom is in front the and……

“Good stay with 7 family members. Much better than 3 hotel rooms. Road to location ruff and complicated. Wierd there's 2 separate bathrooms in master bedroom but nice to have. Some leftover Marijuana residue in tray on livingroom coffee table. Sign of the times? No soap or shampoo i baths so plan for that.”
