“Wonderful stay while we moved our son into Fort Lewis. Front rooms were really warm, so I reached out to property and owners immediately responded and brought us fans to help! Home was beautiful, had everything we needed and then some.”

“Great location! The only issues I had were the same as others: it was difficult to get my dogs up and down the metal steps, and the couch was not comfortable. However, I would definately stay here again as the studio was clean and it was within walking distance of downtown and the train station.”

“As an ex local visiting. It was a decent location between Durango and Ignacio. The place was just as cute as the photos.With that said. Next guest will enjoy the bit of maintenance work we preformed. Tightening the beds to the headboards, not messing with any of the many "tape jobs/patches/lack of consideration for guests" Would stay again if the price was lower or amenities were a bit more updated. The owner is also a local and should show more pride in their rental.”
